How do I convert NPK recommendation to fertilizer bags?

Meet P₂O₅ with DAP (46% P), subtract the N that DAP already supplies (18%), meet the remaining N with Urea (46% N) and K₂O with MOP (60% K).

Why deduct nitrogen from DAP?

DAP contains 18% nitrogen, so it already supplies part of your nitrogen need — ignoring it would over-apply urea.

What is the bag size assumed?

Urea, DAP and MOP bags are taken as 50 kg each.
